i enjoyed the location because it was close to the metro station. the staff was friendly and helped with early check in, it was very appreciated. the decor was chic and the place was very quiet and clean. i found it fantastic all around.
the bed was not comfortable and was two twins pushed together. the mattress felt hard. the bathroom was also uncomfortable with the toilet being so high. my feet dangled off it.

The location provided excellent access to various sites. I found a metro station very close. The hotel offered 24-hour reception services, very helpful. The staff was always available. I took advantage of the walk-in shower. It was spacious and clean.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the staff were always ready to assist, i am so thankful. the room was tastefully decorated, a great retreat after a day exploring.
The walls seemed a bit thin, i could sometimes hear conversations next door. the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great. It lacked a window and the fan didn't seem to work well.

the staff was helpful, that was fine.
The room felt small. the bathroom window lacked a proper curtain, i felt exposed during showers. cleaning occurred late daily. It was not convenient.
